This is the value of the stop loss sent to your broker if UsePowerOutSL is set to true.
The stop loss will be adjusted as the basket size grows to ensure that the maximum loss will be no more than the MaxDDPercent plus 1%. (The additional 1% is added to ensure that POSL does not interfere with normal trading).

Default is 999
