If UseFlexGrid is set to true and the first trades of the basket are pending trades, this sets the percentage to 'offset' the pending trades around the current price. A setting of 50 would make the pending trades equidistant. A value less than 50 will place the STOP trade closer to the current price, and the LIMIT trade will be placed further away. So reducing FlexBias moves the STOP trade closer to the current price, while increasing it moves the LIMIT trade closer.

Default is 33
